The programme has two main objectives:

  1. To reduce participants’ levels of parental stress, that is, the stress associated with the demands and challenges of parenting;
  2. To promote more mindful, compassionate parenting aligned with participants’ parenting values.

The programme consists of 8 sessions and is available in 2 different formats:

  1. Synchronous online group format: the sessions are delivered weekly by the team’s psychologists to a group of 6 to 8 participants via videoconference (Zoom). At the moment, this format is available exclusively to users of the project’s partner institutions.
  2. Individual self-guided online format: the sessions are completed fully autonomously and individually through an online platform, with no direct contact with the psychologists. Each participant can complete the programme at their own pace, although it is recommended that one session be completed per week.

Registration for this format is currently open to the general public – sign up now!
